ABOUT THE CHEF
Austen Vasquez is the chef at the San Mateo and Redwood City Elks Lodges and has several years of experience in restaurants and hotels.
He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 and has since been cooking all over the Bay Area.
His culinary background helped him open this catering business, and he truly considers it a blessing.
